The University of Edinburgh is offering international scholarships to outstanding students from around the world mostly Africans from low income community and economically disadvantaged background to study in UK for the 2018-2019 academic year.

The University of Edinburgh was founded in 1582, is one of the oldest university in the English-speaking world and one of Scotland’s ancient universities. The University of Edinburgh receives approximately 60,000 applications every year, making it the second most popular university in the UK by volume of applications.
Edinburgh annual income for 2016/2017 was around £905.8 million of which £265.3 million was from research grants and contracts, with a total expenditure of £847.5 million.

Course Type: Scholarships are meant for students to pursue undergraduate and Masters degree program.
Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded to study the subject offered by the university
Scholarship Award: Scholarship awards of £10,100 for the tuition fees are given annually.
Number of Scholarships: Two scholarships are available.
